The Department for Health and Social Care and many organisations across the NHS and wider Health System use an eCommercial system to manage tendering and contract management activity.
You can register by clicking on the blue “Register Here” button below. Once your organisation has registered, we will notify you of opportunities that you can review and respond to. The system will also enable you to accept contracts electronically and to manage contract performance and variations through the system.

We expect our suppliers to provide assurance that they comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 when requested to do so, and that all their UK employees earn as a minimum, the Living Foundation Wage, or are working towards it.
As part of our contract and supplier management, we will work with our suppliers to learn how together we can create sustainable solutions and reduce health inequalities where it is appropriate to do so.
